What I think that this video's title, "WEB 2.0" is supposed to represent modern communication, where it is going, and how it is being used in our modern world. The concept of Web 2.o effects someone who is entering the workforce by creating a modern communication medium between individuals. Employees can now express knowledge in new ways that they must learn. This is essential to stay effective and up to speed with the market. This new medium must be acquired and utilized by older workforce personnel as well as the new. The methods of communication are constantly changing, making the individual responsible for staying up to date. We must rethink everything because the previous systems of writing are being replaced by more effective methods.
